Hey gals!
I pray your week has been one you'll remember for years to come...in a great way!
Today I'll be par
ticipating in MENU PLAN MONDAY!
Since I am only cooking for my husband and I, I look for smaller meals. However,
it is nice to have leftovers for lunches every once in a while.
If you would like to "comment" with food ideas...I'd really appreciate any recipe that could be slow cooked in a crackpot or for several hours at a low temp in the oven!
Here's the goal this week:
Monday: Savory Beer Pork Chops
Tuesday: BBQ Meatballs
Wednesday: Veggie Beef Soup
Thursday: (Dog training class) Leftovers
Friday: Grilled Chee
se Sandwiches & Chicken Noodle Soup
Saturday afternoon: Homemade Chili--from William's Sonoma Cookbook (Slow cooked)
Sunday: Surprise Meal~ Mason's choice :) (I'll bet he chooses Quesadas!...again!)
One more thing!!
I'm participating in Courtney's (Women Living Well Blog) December Challenge! ...striving for peace! The first challenge is to light a candle every day and spend time with God, praying for peace every time you see the candle. Our candles are in our kitchen as well. That's a lot of prayer time! I'm looking forward to this Challenge! I love my savior! :):):)
Be Blessed!
